WOODLANDS is a lovely Victorian country house set on the edge of secluded woodland, overlooking the peaceful Looe river estuary.
POSITIONED on the outskirts of the picturesque fishing village of Looe , Woodlands is within easy walking distance of the harbour, beaches and a variety of shops.
WE OFFER double, twin and single rooms, two of which can be made into family rooms. All rooms are en suite with showers. Facilities include a hospitality tray and T.V. in each room.
WOODLANDS is noted for its excellent cooking and meals are prepared from local produce, home-grown and organic where possible. We also cater for vegetarians and those with other dietary needs.

LOOE is an ideal base for touring Cornwall and itself can offer shark-fishing, sea-fishing, horse-riding, tennis and several beaches, as well as spectacular cliff and country walks. There are also several National Trust properties and gardens a short distance away.
In addition, Cornwall had 27 golf clubs, with several championship courses within easy reach.
We are 400 yards from Looe railway station, linked to Liskeard mainline station via a scenic riverside journey. Plymouth is approximately 20 miles away and has an airport in addition to a mainline station.
LOOE is a very popular summer resort, offering a wide range of activities, but the Cornish climate is mild enough to make Woodlands the perfect out-of season break as well.
We are situated on the B3253 – a little way after the ‘Looe' sign you will find St. Martin 's church on your right; follow the road and we are approximately one mile further down on the left, overlooking the river.
