Lodge Barton is set in a peaceful valley edged by woodland, near St Keyne, Cornwall, yet it is just two minutes drive into the delightful market town of Liskeard. The cottages have been converted from stone barns. They have exposed beams, whitewashed stone walls and high ceilings. There is a woodburner in each cottage, easy to work and cosy in the evenings. Owl Cottage (sleeps 5), has oak floors and Kettle Cottage (sleeps 2+2), has tiled floors, covered with lots of pretty rugs. The feeling created is light, luxurious and relaxed.The English Tourist Board have awarded us a "Commended" on their 3 Keys Rating, which indicates a high standard. The valley is flanked by woodland and the fields edged by the Looe River. Lodge Barton is set back, and hidden along a quiet country lane. Guests are welcome to explore the farm, fields, orchard and woodlands, or just relax and enjoy the countryside.
