| Watch the trawlers approach 'Banjo
Pier' as they enter the harbour with their day's catch, the shark fishing
boats and trawlers rub shoulders along the quayside at Looe. During
the long summer days you can watch the activities on the water or take
a boat trip to explore Looe Island. For the more energetic follow the
coastal footpath outside our entrance which will take you to Millendreath
beach and on to Looe and Polperro. Alternatively, walk Bodigga Cliff
path to Seaton and Downderry, enjoy the variety of flora and bird life,
maybe sit and sketch or just absorb the peace and tranquility of the
spectacular views. By night the view is stunning too. Relax at the end of the day, seated either in the lounge or on the patio. As the sunsets over Looe, admire the lights reflecting on the water and our Shire horses silhouetted against the horizon. Enjoy the whole atmosphere in this inspirational part of Cornwall. |
